Tell us within 48 hours and send a photo of the product and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or refund you — no debate.

Changed your mind? Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Just email us your order number and we’ll walk you through it.

Once your return arrives and we’ve checked it over, we’ll let you know it’s approved and refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping and original shipping fees aren’t covered.
